Carmen Papalia is a founder and editor of Memewar Magazine out of Vancouver, British Columbia — an independently published, cross-disciplinary magazine that promotes dialogue between disciplines. Selections of his work can be found in Sub-terrain, Wordgathering: A Journal of Disability Poetry, The Capilano Courier, and in the Liar Magazine. Carmen is also the conductor of the Short Line reading series — a free monthly literary event that takes place at the Railway Club in Vancouver.
