Reality
Lucy Birbiglia
I stand, cane at curb, waiting For the sounds ahead to halt, the traffic at my right to surge forward, hoping no driver will turn Into my path, honking me out of his way. Are the sounds in the street vehicles? Or moving sound effects? Is it a truck because it roars? I'm no Descartes, but I have my issues with reality. |
